Laura Fernandes was born in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, and her path into fashion developed organically, gaining direction in 2017–2018 after some encouragement led her to approach an agency and begin pursuing modeling professionally. She has since built a solid career in Brazil, collaborating with major brands such as Net-a-Porter, Matches, Arezzo, Pantene, Boticário, Renner, John John, Misci, Schutz, Hering, and LAUF, and appearing in campaigns, lookbooks, runway shows, and editorials including Vogue. Her international experience began in 2019 with her first trip to London, followed by work in Mexico, the United Arab Emirates, and a three-month season in London. These experiences continue to shape her growth and international development within the fashion industry.
